In the heart of Maremma, near the ancient walls of Scansano, in a building constructed between the late 800 and early 900 that preserved almost intact its original features, was built a magnificent residence where the materials of local tradition acted wisely mix furnishings from different backgrounds.
On the ground floor, renovating an old warehouse, was built a little apartment, connected to the main residence through the common stairs, which can also play the role of a house for guests.
Upstairs is the residence which is accessed by entering a large kitchen-dining room, where stand the green Moroccan tiles and stone sink. Thru a door leading in the living room, featuring a fireplace, and then arrive in a hallway leading to the rooms and a ghisa stairs takes to attic.
The aesthetic and technical expertise of the promoters and implementers of this work have produced a truly remarkable enviorement.
